i think the one that is closest to the killer app that everyone should reference is CoPilot. Used version 8 and it was the most feature rich, robust, reliable one I ever used...hands down it schools all others.

wish sd allowed the use of 3rd party ones integrated into it like RR or some others.

Have CoPilot 8, and like it quite a bit. Just wish it could run in anything less than full screen mode/be embedded.

I had CoPilot 7 or 8 for laptops, don't remember which now, I think 8 (still using the gps hardware from CoPilot) and the maps look crappy compared to SD. CoPilot for laptops was also clearly not designed for a small screen.

I never had version 7. It's been a while since using version 8, but it's the features that made it superior. Its routing, rerouting, avoiding roads, etc.

It's fascinating to see how a spectacular product like SD can be so brutally miss-managed. When a company has a policy of not quoting release dates, then we're talking lax management.

SD is clearly not a priority in the eyes of the developers. I think they've all moved on.

They should just sell the software to Fluxmedia.

I hate the static JPG style centrafuse GUI. These products need to merge.
