Sent emails , IM, and even called and yet I cannot get in touch with anyone from suport. I am merely looking for my Streetdeck registration code that I paid for.
How can I get my registration code?
Why is the streedeck office always closed?
Why is the streetdeck mailbox always full?
Why is if god of cpu's IM full?
I understand this is a small company, but I expect a little more.
Go to this webpage http://www.streetdeck.com/register.php enter your machine and check code. I'd would also email store@mp3car.com and include you machine and check code.
Usually takes 24hrs sometimes the same day.
Good luck![]()
Weird...I have always had a great experience with calling the mp3car.com store about SD. I find it helpful to send a registration email with my machine and check codes, and then follow that up with a call to the mp3car.com store if I haven't received a response in a day or so. Generally, however, I get a response within 24 hours. IIRC, the response is sent from a email address different from the one the registration request is sent to...so you might want to check your inbox or spam settings to see if the return email was inadvertently filtered.

I hate to beat a dead horse but I've all but given up on StreetDeck. Been using Road Runner with the LSX Void skin for the past month and couldn't be happier.
Don't get me wrong I like StreetDeck there are a few things it has over RoadRunner I.E gestures, voice command and satellite overlays on navigation but there are a LOT of things RoadRunner has over StreetDeck, namely stability and support (did I mention it's free).
The way the music library is handled in RoadRunner BLOWS StreetDeck out of the water. My biggest gripe (I know quite a few others can relate) with StreetDeck is the manner in which the music library is browsed and selected. If you have a music library of even a moderate size its an exercise in frustration using StreetDeck. This was an issue brought up many times by user's but never received any attention for StreetDeck.
The few features I enjoy in StreetDeck really don't compensate for how unstable (at least in my case) the software is as well as their pretty much abandoning there paying customer base. I hope StreetDeck 2.0 proves to be a BIG improvement but you won't see me buying it.

Have you tried calling the mp3car store?
cancel the charge on your CC while you still can. this lazy excuse for a company doesn't deserve another dime of our money.

Already called with no answer and I already paid over a year ago. I already own and have been using srteetdeck. I have rebuilt my computer and now need to reinstall and reregister streetdeck.
This lack of support combine with streetdeck 2.0 and bluetooth support being promised for forever is terrible. I will most likely switch back to roadrunner (was using with lsxvoid) - just dont know how to get proper gps software working in roadrunner - but I guess thats a better hurdle to jump over than trying to get a company I paid over $200 to answer my phone calls.
