By doing this (splitting the companies up) doesnt this make MP3Car not liable for any issues with SD? Or can action still be taken for people that purchased SD before the split up while MP3Car did have partnership of it?

Ask a lawyer, if you are really concerned. On the other hand, laywers fees will likely be many multiples of any reward you'd be likely to receive.
I hate to say it, but I doubt anyone will get any refunds, from either SD, or MP3Car. If you really do ask a lawyer, he will probably tell you tough luck.
From what I can gather from the recent posts, we will never get bluetooth, traffic, e-mail. Is there anything else? Other than that, everything works as advertised (or will be continued to be fixed), so I doubt there is anything that can be done without losing more.
And Caelric, what the hell is up with that avatar???? You KNOW what I mean!![]()
My opinion is my own.
Thats me going through the "Attitudes", a right/left/right downhill 'corkscrew' at Miller Motorsports Park, with a good friend of mine in his 350Z following me. I know it's the same color as your Z, but it's obviously not you. It's a good picture, and it shows what my true love for my car is, whereas carPC'ing is secondary.
Incidentally, MMP is a 22 turn, 4.5 mile course. Lots of technical turns in the infield, and a nice long front straight where I got up to 147 mph before braking hard for the 90 mph through turn 1. Great time!
Oh, thought yours was copper, for some reason. Anyways, yeah, thats me. I track my G on a regular basis, with National AutoSport Association (NASA) HPDE and Time Trials. So much so that I have installed a hitch on my G, and have a small trailer that I load my r-compound wheel/tires on and tools, to take to the track.
Tracking your car is the most fun you can have in a car, with your pants on.
