Not sure what you mean. Most of us were aware of it before it was even posted. (someone posted the status from streetdeck.com right before it was posted here)

You may have been aware of it but did you actually bother reading it, if you had then you would have known which comment by Chuck, Armine was refering to.

I think it generally the whole line of answers and information coming from chuck, and probably a bit of reading between the lines at what is not said rather than what is.

however this post seems to be a good indicator

I'm sorry, not meaning to attack here, but reading between the lines, we are back where we were.....SD1 continues to be improved, continues to be supported, and continues to be the same product we all bought. Only thing missing is the empty promises. And since they can't license nav in Europe, there will even be further need for V1 there. Plus another market with those with BT dongles to get them to the Europeans so someone else can get some use out of them (if someone would give out the "rules" on this).

I've been told I am the ultimate optimist (from kimoto), and maybe I am. But I can't find anything that would show a reason for them to remove it from the store.
