Just define the automatic playlist in WMP and you will find it in SD!

Hey thanks for the tip, I didn't know that

I meant the general idea of SD is perfect user friendly.
And it is obviously the main intention of SD.

I have to agree the SD interface was well thought out and is easy to use.

But most of them would only need small modifications to fix it.
It was always a miracle to me, that they didn't care about navigation in big lists.
Agreed... but the failure to address these many flaws, is why myself and other have abandoned SD

RXH81: Where would that auto playlist feature be within WMP?

Nothing is easier to understand and I would really be glad to be able to do the same, but the interface of SD was my reason to build a car pc. And if there won't be further updates my hole project is stopped, I have to live with the current system and i won't have bluetooth

So I honestly hope for SD, and wait wishfully for an answer of them!

My 2 cents and beating a dead horse re: CF and SD - - -

if it's a CAR pc, and you use it (certain features) while driving, it has to be easy to use, i.e. voice control and gestures. I take a look at all of the media car / RR like buttons on CF and I get a headache...how the hell am I supposed to use those while in motion? The UI of CF is prehistoric when compared to SD.

SD's layout / UI is far superior to any other front-end out there.

thanks! So by me creating the playlist in WMP, i can access it in SD?

The workaround I found for a somewhat "last added" feature is keeping the songs/videos on my jump drive and add that as the queue music. rather than try to find them in my El Presidente library.

I just knew where it was. I haven't used it myself, but since SD uses WMP, it does stand to reason that all playlists would too.

    :-)

    In SD:
Select music -> Playlist -> Autoplaylist

But unfortunatelly it's not reachable by gestures :-(

I find a "last added" feature is so extrem usefull, that it's a crime when you don't implement such features and possibilities. I think we have carpcs, because we want more than a HU can... and this is just an example.

Can't you train a gesture for it under setup? There are 315 possible gestures that can be trained including user stuff. Surely one of those can go to playlists.

Just went through......music view queue is listed twice in a row. Maybe one of those? It's also listed twice in the voice command setup....wierd
