With comments like that you may very well get banned. And when banned you cannot post anywhere. You can still get your support through email, but you will lose the privledge of these forums. You can always browse the forums, download skins, plugins, updates, you just cannot voice your opinion anymore because you have abused it as you are now. Just calm down and wait until FO can say something. Nobody here gets paid to do anything. The moderaters here are volunteers. I hope you arent that ungrateful that you yell at volunteers, and you just didnt know before. Nobody receives a paycheque from mp3car or streetdeck here except those with the logo in their name, and they dont really moderate. Jan used to but is gone.

Yes it is illegal. Perhaps a read through the TOS of StreetDeck is in order. I know nobody ever reads them, and I havent either, but I am sure there has to be something in there forbading it. If it isn't in there, then go right ahead, but this would be a big surprise indeed.

Threads are essentially sorted based on popularity, since a thread that attracts frequent posting is a thread that many members of the community are interested in, and closing a thread artificially changes that dynamic. That's why I would prefer that individual members be warned as violations occur.

You are quite happy to deal out insults, but then beg to not be locked out of the SD forum. If you had actually acted like an adult and asked nicely you would have got the thread reopened, but you wanted to act like a spoilt child. Now that I have closed it you ***** and carry on about it. Tough luck.

I was not being lazy, I was getting sick of cleaning out the thread. One example is that I spent 20mins one day cleaning out posts that were SD support type posts. They should have had their own thread.

I asked 3 times to keep the thread on topic. Did anyone listen? NO! I was being quite nice about it. If you had actually read what I posted you might have actually understood what I was trying to achieve.

No one is stopping anyone from releasing a SD clone. However, having written a front end one time already, I know its dang near impossible to replicate a set of features and have them play nicely with each other, let alone do it without some sort of financial backing (i.e. its your job).
