cant adjust volume?

Hi on my new install , adjusting the master volume in street deck will not adjust music volume?

i have to open volume control and adjust the music playing slider to adjust the volume , how do i get the master volume control in SD to adjust the music playing volume? cheers

are you using Windows Vista?
If yes, switch to XP to solve the problem (tested)

yes, that or set it as shell instead of explorer (my preference).
