4 days and no response to someone in need. That's some damn good customer service.

SD is getting ready to disappear me thinks. Snoop around on the forum, you guys aren't the only ones.

I would recommend a direct serial connection if you have a COM port available. Someone on this forum made serial cables for the XM direct box and I picked one up for $10 I think. Much more reliable than USB.

Ok, making sure I understand this right.....

The HD Radio serial cable will also work for XM Direct? I've seen 3 separate links and they all go directly to the HD Radio cable.
