That's the previous version. Same one I have. The one I suggested is new and is just a usb dongle. It's supposed to be better! Waiting to hear if it is or not.
    My opinion is my own.

I use an sound blaster external sound card anyways, which is a lot better then on board audio. so there is no need for the newer usb mic.

I just ordered the one for $49.95. hope it works alright.
Danielkh, where did you place your mic in your ride? Also, my carpc is very slow compared to yours. I looked at your spec and really surprised that you are running all of that with just m2atx. i didnt think that had enough power for all of that

    160W are plenty enough for a Pentium M or a mobile C2D !
My system (MB + CPU + RAM + TFT + Touch + HDD + peripherals (without amp)) - so everything - needs about 42W when playing music. And Danielkh's should be about the same :-)

So also the M1 would be enough :-)

It actually runs pretty well on a single ps. I was going to mount a second m2-atx anyway for suplimental voltage, but I blew up my extra.
    My opinion is my own.

I know this post has mostly been discussing mics, but thought it might be helpful to also have a download link for those you want the beta software

    Speaking of Beta....
Justin, any word on the next release? After putting my andrea mic back in, it seems pretty stable. Still seems to lose it's training from time to time. Are we going to get any goodies on the next release.....like custom commands?
    My opinion is my own.

I totally forgot to answer your question. Here is my latest install (#3) and everything, including mic placements are identified.

Someone, I think S4per, was telling me they milled it down to hide it a little better. I will probably do that when I have time.
    My opinion is my own.
