Thread: streetdeck 2

How come the announcement doesn't seem to mention anything about Bluetooth/Phones? Wouldn't this be a step backwards for SD2 from SD1 (which for all intents and purposes had a working bluetooth -- at least, my Treo 650 worked).

And on a related note, being one of the people who purchased a StreetDeck specific & proprietary bluetooth dongle for an outrageous $40 (when I bought a generic one for $7 online for my Dell i8200 notebook) -- will SD2 support this dongle, or should I just chuck it out now and save the power load on my Infill G4, or replace it with a real generic BT dongle, so my Centrafuse 2 can use it?

No bluetooth phone because no one (including Centrafuse users) can seem to get rid of echo for the calling party. StreetDeck is not going to implement (and charge) for something that isn't going to work.
