Streetdeck was an overpriced resource hog, but it looked good

It was basically a software similar to CF. Both were at war as to which was better. Well technically the war was between me and DanielK. Oh i remember those conversations we had. In the end, SD was a big flop. So bad that MP3Car (their sponsor) gave up on them. All though I have a feeling CF is heading down that road to. The big issue that SD had was the lack of communication and updates with and for its customers. CF seems to be picking up those bad habits.

Please forgive my ignorance here. What is the recommended front end for a car pc? I am a noob at car pc's but an experienced veteran at computers.

Not exactly how things went down, but yea the end result of Streetdeck pulling out of this community is what ultimately doomed it. Some what a shame too, because despite being buggy and clearly not ready for "paid for" state, it had some features we've yet to duplicate yet.
