S1 and S2 your probably right, but S3 seems to work pretty good. It's the lowest power usage of the 3 suspend states. Only enough to keep the RAM charged and to look for the turn on signal. I did a 9 hour test and so far it's perfect. Longer tests to come.

I have a blue top similar to the yellow basicly is but I think it had more hours. Anyway If you leave your car off for a certain amount of time your hosed. OKay you have a fail safe timer cool but then your always running down your battery and also I have a V8 and I need more to crank over then some do... Not really the best thing to do all the time. Also 10 seconds is a good amount of time for a hibernate resume time and 3 less seconds for standby would be better but not worth dead batteries. The best way to go is to find a way to boost speed on this with different hardware. My microatx owns but I want it up front now so I am battling finding something in the itx world that can do it. I may just have to find a way to mount that board up front and use ribbon riser cards for the agp and pci.

I did a 30 hour test yesterday. The car cranked, but I could tell it was a bit low in voltage. Almost borderline. I'm fine during the week where the off time is only 14 hours at the most.
Anyone know if the LED being on inside the mouse may be an unnecessary drain? I could switch mice. Then the mobo has 2 tiny LED's that stay on. I don't think I should mess with those.

    Any thoughts?
