Manual and Auto Resume of music.

Is there a Manual for StreetDeck anywhere?

Also, when StreetDeck starts, it doesnt resume playing the last playlist it was playing. Is this a feature somewhere that I cant seem to find in the menu?

The StreetDeck manual can be found online at: http://www.streetdeck.com/support.php

StreetDeck should remember the playlist, current song, and time in song and resume from exactly where it was when it was last closed.

There is an option in the startup settings to play the song when starting up. It should be checked by default.

Thanks, Upon trying to run StreetDeck for the first time my CarPc, i get the error 'Generic application error. Please consult the program log for detailed information.' Unfortunatly i cannot find the log.

It happens while streetdeck is displaying 'Loading Textures', but only after about 10 secs displaying it. So it might be the next Loading.

Does StreetDeck require DirectX? Could that be causing it?

I thought I remember reading somewhere that it requires directx. I know for a fact it requires:

Windows XP SP1
Windows Media Player 10

thanks Amthar, i'm trying to work out exactly what it needs, cause i have an nLited system in my car.

Also: I noticed it just switched to Loading Sounds when the error occured.

The logs are in <Current User>/Application Data/StreetDeck/Logs

Application Data is a hidden folder.

It should tell you the exact module it died in. If you have trouble figuring out what your missing, send the log to chuck@mp3car.com and I can probably tell you.

I thought you aren't selling the soft but the whole thing ? (harware + software)

From my understanding they are selling a developer edition (software only) in the not-so-distant future. However, some people are getting advanced copies of the software/dev edition.
