Customized Look Question

It is difficult to dig through the forums to I am going to just ask the question.

I downloaded Streetdeck and was impressed. Can you customize things like what buttons you have on your main menu? Skinning, etc.

Its funny that the guy giving me well deserved attitude has the same car as me.. a honda civic... and me, taking his ideas (especially on the mount of the xenarc). Thanks Nameeri.
