So I guess it will be down to me to provide the crash files for 1.0.4.9... not tonight...early night recovering from the 4th...

OK so I am running 1.0.4.8 and crashing like crazy. I downloaded .9 update but can't figure out how to run streetdeck with the -nobackground mp3 command line. Could someone break it down for me please.

Edit the shortcut and add the commandline switch.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

I did put a couple more sanity checks in, but I didn't think they were the cause. Guess i was wrong If anyone else has a problem with 1.0.4.9 please let me know.

I can confirm the fix with 1.0.4.9 - a quick test shows it to be more stable then 1.0.4.8 even without the backgroundmp3 switch. Looks like whatever happened fixed the problem... I'll inform if there are any further issues...

    ... not a single crash yet with .9 ...
