The latest version of DirectX is currently 9.0c.
Try it out and see if it helps.
I'm having a problem getting Street Deck to work. For some reason when I run the DirectX Diagnostics Utility I am not able to Enable Direct3d. It says Direct3d is not available. I have DirectX 9.0b installed. Does anyone know what it could be?
You may not have a Direct3D capablie video card.
Some of the really low end cards or integrated video controllers don't support 3D.
But you can try updating your video drivers. Then install Directx9, as indicated above.
Is there a way to obtain a complete installer. I do not have interent access in my car. Not yet atleast.
Its most likely the driver you installed for the SP13000. It does have a half way decent video card compared to other via boards and does work pretty well.

i downloaded the directX 9.0c Redist program, but I am not able to find a complete download for the microsoft version, is thiat what the problem may be? the reason is that I cannot connect to internet on my car pc.
when downloading directx there is a link usually down below the other which is the "full" install, everything included, no web/internet needed.. It was also a lot larger.. Make sure you have that and the most recent video drivers..
I have a few different epia setups, they all work fine..
why is the web install about 50mb larger than the full download?
Ok. Downloaded and installed, still nothing....? IDK what it could be. Anymore ideas?
I DID IT !!!! Well Sorta. With the way I epoxied my dash, I had the rotate the screen. And apparently, Unichrome Pro does not Support Display Rotation through its driver program nor through Rotation Magic (Samsung's complete rip of Pivot Pro). Thanks for all your help you guys. It deserves a few unseen pictures I will post shortly. I just have to install a video card real quick....
Well, not too quick. Both of the cards I ordered from short-circuit. The PCI riser i purchased for the VoomPC case is too tall, and the short one I ordered dosn't fold over the motherboard. This is a rough hobby.
