    s4per, natively? what do you mean? oh btw, besides the reverse camera that mp3car.com is selling, is there any other out there? there are some on ebay which i am not sure if they are really "reverse camera" or just standard camera...

    I am not sure, but if the OBD II inteface provides the info that you put the car in reverse, you could use that.

    What about sitting still, then going south? What then? Now I start going North, am I reversing, or going forward?

    Good point.... guess you would not be going forward then SUDDENLY in reverse. Well, my idea isn't going to work now is it.. There you go

    itstd - natively = out of the box. i know some folks have been trying workarounds on liliput's. i have no idea whether they have been successful or not. searching archives should get you more info on this.

    the xenarc has a menu option to default to signal AV2 if it is present. if you tie the reverse camera video signal to AV2 and only power it when the reverse tail light is on you will have what you need.

    Can anyone tell me which xenarc has the switch option or do they all , and is there any other moniter that will work the same

    700TSV is what i have. you should probably contact xenarc if you want a different model...
