Yeah it worked, I've downloaded a dll and a hotfix from microsoft, everything works now, but SD hangs if there is no internet connection when launchcast is started.

There is one problem I hate about SD is when it crashes it resets to a default config, if you dont have a backup of the config.xml file then its a real pain in the ...

doesn't go back to default config for me something is wrong with yours

Yeah the default one, but everything is screwed up in the default config, like alpha blending and all the settings...
It would be nice to have if SD made a backup every launch and just roll back to a previous config...

Anyone else have problems installing this update?, I haved install and uninstall SD a couple of times and nothing, every time that I run this update it gives me and error, and can't run it at all.

Manually try extracting it as per instruction number 5 in the download streetdeck updates thread.
