1. The maps will be updated when new data is available. There will be a fee associated with this.
2. TV, Radio, and Bluetooth don't use generic hardware. There is no good standard way of supporting for TV and Radio and all of the TV and radio cards made for the PC simply suck in terms of tuning and installing in the car. The only TV and radio officially supported at this time are on the Infill T3. We are working on support for more radio hardware, but the hardware we support and plan on supporting is specialized for in vehicle use to make it easy to hook up and work well on the road. Bluetooth doesn't use generic hardware because the typical experience using a generic pc bluetooth dongle with a phone is having a phone or bluetooth dongle that is simply incompatible, bluetooth drivers that crash if you sneeze too hard, and significant setup issues. Everything else should be compatible with generic hardware.
