    Playlist that doesn't clear???

Here is what I want to do:

I have a large mp3 collection (indexed by SD) on my CarPC drive

I want to play a list of songs from there, in random order. Not all the songs, just certain songs.

I don't want them to be removed from the list when played.

I want SD to resume playing the song it was last playing when it shut down.

I want it to continue on with the next song in the random list.

In other words, I want a simple playlist like WMP can do, that resumes on shutdown/startup, plays random songs from the list, and keeps all the songs on the list.

So, how the heck do I do this?

Make a playlist under wmp10 and start from there. I believe in the next version of sd that will be done.

I did. Thats where I got the playlist in the first place. It still clears when I close SD and start it again.

Hopefully this should be resolved in the next update as the Music module is being redone:

You will also be able to create, modify, and remove playlists and have them load in order. All this has been implemented will probably be in the next update, 1.0.6.4, it won't be out until sometime after CES. Contingent on real world testing, some of the aforementioned features may not make it in, but they are all in the redesign at this point.

I don't see why the playlist clears as it is, but hopefully, this should solve it.
