well thats just all dandy but it still runs explorer and stuff... havign the frontend load up as shell seems better doesn't it? I'm sure it may run faster although thats only an assumption.

Well the reason I wanted it to load explorer is because I dont have GPRS, I just have wireless and I wanna be able to look at the connections and whatnot

If your front end can launch an external executable you do:

rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL ncpa.cpl

I'm not sure if this will require explorer to be runing though.
