Yeah that's a nice if you have a GPS Serial Card.. Furhter investigation of the antenna revealed issues when using GPS and Wireless at the same time.

actually I use this particular antenna. I use it with 54G Wlan, GPS and UTMS all at the same time. No issue. they are discreet antenna elements at different frequency range

this is my car pc. the 3 SMA at the left hand side are connector to the said antenna

would someone mind explaining to me how one might go about wiring this antenna (the one in the mp3 store) It appears it only has one cable to go to a receiver? I'm confused. Thanks in advance!

P.S. Does anyone have any stats on how this antenna compares on the wifi end of things?

    nsgrossman:
there are 3 coaxial cables. not 1.

what kind of stats are u looking for? as in the dB? 0dB
it also depends on your WLAN card's output and if it supplies the bias voltage.

ptk thanks for the response. as far as stats I meant more along the lines of a test by a user. This antenna compared to a similar one made only for wlan, which one is easier to set up/wire, and which one works better/farther. Once again, thanks for the response!
