they should be common to eachother internally anyway, don't matter which you ground & you def don't need to ground both
Just wondering, but why are we just grounding the white(left channel) RCA and not the red (right channel) RCA?
FYI, I got every one that is ordered as of 1/18/08, built, tested, and out the door!!
yes, both rcas are the same gnd...
"Did you test it in carwings??"

2006 Lancer Evolution IX MR In-Dash PC Project - WIP
Installation/Fab/Assembly (Revised v2):
How many HD Sub Channels are supported with the dll and the HD Radio PCR application?
I'm asking because I have one station that has 3 sub channels. All 3 sub channels can be accessed with the visteon head unit but when I try to tune HD-3 with roadrunner it hangs on the previous channel and has to be closed and restarted.
With the HD Radio PCR app, it gets and exception and I have to close it.
The radio station actually shows 6 sub channels but only 3 have content: HD-1, HD-2 and HD-4. If you try to tune to one of the Sub Channels with no content, the HD Radio hangs. If you select HD-4 by using HDSUB;4 it changes no problem. If you try to cycle from HD-1 through HD-6 it will hang when it hits HD-3.
ok, maybe a stupid question, as I haven't recieved anything so haven't seen the hookups of this yet, but is it possible to have both the pc control interface & the visteon display connected at the same time, even by hacking cables maybe?
