I also just got me a HD zoom hdz300 for only $30 delivered including shipping.....
i love ebay....
ok, ive got 3 sound ports on my little valley intel
im going to use 2 of them for my 4 channel amp setup
and i just ordered everything for hd. now by my understanding, i have to route the output of the hd tuner into the input port of my sound card
now, that leaves me with 0 ports open left. i still want to somehow use voice control and hands free phone calling. i have never really thought about or using 2 different inputs and controlling them

Yeah
Someone here was asking about tuning in an HD3 subchannel, and I can't find the post to respond directly; but I believe I have a solution, and could sure use a tester, or two.
I wrote a version of SatAmp that should reconize, and display, extra sub-channels.
As far as I know there are only a few of them out there as of yet, (HD-3), and they are only on PBS stations so far. The one I know of that is operational is Buffalo, NY; but I've nothing live to test here in the Detroit area.
So if anyone is interested in doing a test in a market with an HD-3 subchannel - shoot me an email at psychorich@psychorich.com and I'll give you a link to the test version of SatAmp.
SatAmp is written for Mitchs cables, and other stuff he makes for satellite radio; it works with XM, Sirius, and HdRadio, tuners.
What else would you do with a rubber suit and a bag of oranges?
Yeah, but where is it on your website??? I cant find it....
hmmmm maybe i was wrong on the 4 channel control using the little valley..... awwww.... shoot... now i need to buy a sound card...
anyone know if the little valley supports 4 channels with some type of download??
you cant.. you cant detect my sarcasm?
i offered to design and build this item for the carpc world, but when i made the post...while while back, there was no interest!!!!
i think its needed...

I think it is needed, because there are a whole bunch of inputs people need.
lets see all the inputs a carpc could need:
1. Hd radio
2. Microphone
3. Sd radio
4. Hd tv
5. Sd tv
6. Sat radio
7. who knows
But also, i found out that my little valley does not do 4 channel sound, i was getting my boards mixed up. So here is how i see my sound working out
Mic input = voice mic
Line in = HD radio
Output = Speakers
Anyone have any experience with the little valley? Im really questioning its sound capabilites. Why screw up good hd radio if the sound card is going to ruin everything...
i use external sound on my little valley because that audio codec is pretty poor.
