what xm setup are you using? I have xm to line in and hd to line in2 and volume isn't effected at all. I have the intel version of the kino board, but i think our audio controllers are different.

Im am using a XMD1000. I am using a Sound Blaster Live USB, and it does not have a second audio in line. Only line-in and mic-in, and mic-in cannot be used if using line-in, its one or the other. I dont use the audio on the KINO, because it so inferior to me. It only has mic-in and audio out. Plus I want to use the mic-in for my mic to control CF.

Gotcha. My mobo has 8 ports built in and 4 of them can be line in or mic in. Really don't understand why the AMD versionh didn't do the same.

daniel, you say the AUDIO from the HDRADIO is too HOT for you input on you MB right!!!

USE MY ROADRUNNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!

its just a .exe and new xmdll and hddll...

Im sure there was some kind of trade off.... Mine does have a DVI-D port, HDTV, VGA, 4 serial ports, 8 USB ports, 2 lan ports, 4 SATA, and so much more. i think the AMD board was made for mainly high graphics, were as your board seems to be made for highend audio and what not.

VGA, TV out, HDTV, 2 SATA, 8 audio ports with dual stream capabilities, and the rest is the same. If you check out the website, my board is more for a "Sports Bar/restaurant" type application, where dual streaming audio and video are needed, such as a television and cash register for video, then telvision sound plus announcing ("Dufrain, party of 2. Dufrain, party of 2") capabilities for audio. Then the speed of the processor is used for coordinating the search party to find the Dufrains! (I hope some of you get that).

use MY RR, and the HD level will be LOWER, and u can move up the LINE IN!!!!

notice on my app, HD RADIO PCR the HD audio is less then in RR(NOT MY VERSION)

and technically i can lower it further

I SET IT, THE Fing display by visteon SETs it!!!

its got a range of 0 - 90

GUINO set it tooo high, i set it MUCH LOWER!!!!!!!!
