I know its a little late for this, but I bought the cable and a tuner and I've been using RR with the BMV2 skin with other added in matched skins so I didn't want to change. I made a new radio_player skin for the BMV2 set:

I agree with Mitch, Sirius XM has become kind of unpredictable and shaddy. I have both Sirius in one car and the XM direct in the other. Sirius XM made it seem like they would have diffrent line ups and one day I wake up and both have merged channel lineups and killed a bunch of stations. I am interested in the Sirius backseat TV, if they get more then 3 dumb channels. I swear if I had to endure cartoons for long periods of time, id drive my car into a canal. Navputer, have you tried getting NAV traffic through some otehr means? What front end do you use. I know CF has some thing you can buy to add the ability to a carpc. I think the only reason i never looked into because it was pricey and i dont mind waiting in traffic with all the goodies I have to play with.

Not yet, I use RR and have not setup Google Traffic. I use TrafficCams and it works great but I also want real-time traffic. I saw XM NavTraffic, thought it might be an option and Mitch could build a cable or adapter for it.

I'm having a problem when resuming from hibernate in RR. The HD radio works fine from a cold boot, and after standby. But if I hibernate, when the computer resumes, I get the error "Sorry, The HD Radio could not be found. Check comport settings".

If I exit and restart RR at this point, then the HD radio works fine.

I have a real serial port on my computer, not a USB-to-serial adapter.

If I set hibernateaware=false in my rr.ini, then I no longer get the error. HD radio even somewhat works, but I must tune to a different station than it was already on, in order to get sound. After that, it works fine.

Attached are my debug.txt and rr.ini. The HD radio error occurs at 4:19:24 PM in the debug.txt

hibernateaware=false is BAD

MUST BE SET TO TRUE

try adding some time to resume delay!!
(resumedelay=3)

or some app, is stealing you comport at resume
(iGuidance is often guilty)

also, i dont know anything about GPS
whats this mean
gpsport=0
it means to me, rr not using GPS, so only avail it iguance itself
maybe its taking comport 1 on u

I messed with various resumedelay settings last night, without any effect. I even noticed at least once when it didn't delay at all, according to the debug.txt. My wife drove off with the car today, so I can't do any more experimenting for a while.
