U cant connect the servo to the slider. Its next to impossible to find a servo with that much power. You will have to connect it to the flap that the slider is controlling.

    Hmm,
About that slider Issue for you climate, its a civic right? between 92-95 right? I have already made up a servo controlled slider (with custom bracket) thought the rest of the climate unit is not done yet.

I would connect the servo to the 'flap' (aka blend door) that the slider operates. Many blend door setups have two flaps in a master-slave linkage arrangement. Find the linkage that the cable is connected to, and see if there's room for a servo. if you want help on connecting a servo, take a pic while you're in there.

    NEED URGENT REPLY !

As u all know there are nine outputs in this new setup which can be controlled via software as alternative to servo.

How should this work pluse or on always.? say the vent is on face so the face output shall be on always or should it go on then off ??

    Thanx

I vote for the always on option. Although pulsing a couple would be ok. I've been thumbing through a lot of schematics for stock HVAC systems lately(Automatic and Manual), and I cant remember seeing one pulse signal (might be used internally in the controllers). Besides 555's are cheap.
I have seen several applications using an analog signal to a servo amplifier. This includes my application and would possible 'make or break' this for me. It sounds as if you're already so far into hardware design that this isn't a viable option. But I have to ask.

Would it be possible in the software to convert and display 3 digit farenheight? I'm not much of a programmer as of yet and I'm not as much concerned with the LCD.
What voltage are the individual outputs? I don't see that in the manual.

Would it be possible to add an additional unit capable of sending a 0-12V analog signal (phidgets) and controlling it within this software, in lieu of the 5 preset temps? I'm thinking along the lines of putting a volume type control on the UI (up, down, and slider).

What's the availability look like on the product? Are there many, or do I have to buy now or wait for next batch?

Can the presets be altered (presets for when the software starts)?

What is the current draw or watts when the program is not running/ running?

I don't see any mounting holes in the PCB. Are there any?

Are there connectors inluded for the 1-8 outputs and the 9 output? If not, is there a standard connector I gan get? Looks like the standard molex connectors come in 2, 4, 6, and 10.
