@canibusfan you shouldn't need to edit the ini file (setting 0 or 1), just use the settings in the program since it does the same thing. Are you trying to use the AutoStart? or just running the program and then hitting track to log? Are you running the newest version?

At first i had everything on autostart, but that doesnt seem to be working to well. I eventually changed everything to manual mode and just hit track to log. Far as the current version i dont know. I got everything from page 1 of this thread.....I installed netcom that came w/ version 1.9, but how do I know if thats working??

nm i should be good now...But it seems like i keep walkin into more errors. For starters, once i hit track to log, let it run for couple minutes while the car is in motion my cpu usage goes to 100% and the only thing im running is Road Runner & Winamp & wireless, from that point it doesnt seem to be tracking anymore. I have my time on 30000 or so and took a 20min drive w/ only bout 5 or 6 lines of data, i believe it should be more there.

Another issue uploading to server. It seems like this is a hit/miss. Once i get a wireless signal and connect to try to upload. Sometimes it goes all the way through and creates a backup file, but once i go to the website i dont see anything new and I already made sure the correct address for the tracker was in place. On the other hand when i try to upload i get a error within the code, which i would try to get a screen shot tomorrow when i get more time. But besides these issue, I like the program Good work

Two months? lol I posted on the 31st of last month... only about 2-3 weeks

Anywho...

Everything is ok, just been busy as heck. I have a million projects going on along with everything else and can't seem to make any headway. I'll be tackling this as soon as I can.

@FalconX - I thought I had replied, but if not, we can work something out for what you had suggested/requested, I just want to get the program finished up first. Which I truly hope will be soon...

I've uploaded version 2.0.0.0 You should have sats info when Logging, as well as when Tracking. The NMEA sentence processing seems to be working better, but I'll let you all be the judge of that.
Let me know of what other issues you encounter so I can try to tackle them.
Still using the NetComm OCX and Xport.

damn i wish i would i knew 2.0 was out i would have tested it before i went on my trip....

this is the error i get when i try to upload the log. This log is from a 2 hour trip. Its only a 8kb log

I got the same error as above.

I'm at work now, but I'll take a look at the code first chance I get @ the house. I've got to add a few things I see. No worries, it'll be fixed.
