@Fasthook Will go thru it in a day or 2 and try to simulate the problem with some other app, if I can simulate the problem then I should be able to solve it. Does it happen with any othe application other that Navigon MobileNavigator ??

Could you make a simplified keyboard layout version? Meaning, no F-keys, arrow keys, etc. Just the keyboard, windows key and right-click key.

@[H]Bugster To disable the keys just edit the kb.ini and enter the setting 0,0,0,0 against the key and change the Kb.jpg

    Hope this helps

Red face All other applications I have work with virtualkeyboard :-)

Amazing that the one I need it for is not compatible! I tried

    Destinator sdk
    outlook express
    notepad
    winrar
    tighvnc
    Totalcommander
    dosprompt (in window)

I think it has to do with the fact that Navigon uses drop-down boxes to select the city & street. Unfortunately, I can't think of an other aplication I have that uses drop-down boxes to check this.

In the first screenshot: normal keyboar used
In the second: Virtual keyboard. Only as long as I click on the 'L', the 'L' is shown in the navigon drop-down box. As soon as I release the mouseclick, the 'L' disappears in the dropdown box.

If you can't simulate the problem let me know, I can ftp the relevant files for testing...

    David.

Good point, switched to windows XP with the standard xp osk: different behaviour, still not good.

When I click the 'L', it selects the first entry in the list that starts with a 'L' in the dropdownbox 'Town'.

When I enter the second letter ('A'), it jumps to the dropdownbox 'Street' and selects the first street that starts with an 'A'. From there on, all subsequent letter appear in the 'street' dropdown box. ???

I can not force the osk to stay in the 'town' dropdownbox

    See Navi-5 & Navi-6.
