@SilentAdmirer: I consistently have a bug regarding standby. When the computer comes out of standby the voice recognition doesn't seem to always. If I exit Voices and open again all is fine

Haven't tried the quick fix exe but beta 2 shows current address in popup box. Will try new quick fix version later though

VOICES with MapPoint makes a WARNING in the Eventviewer:

    Events -> application

    Event 11014
    source route service

The description of the event identification (11014) in (route service) was not found. The local computer does not have the registration information or DLL message files necessary for indicating the messages from a remote computer. Possibly you must use the flag /AUXSOURCE = for determining the description. Further information is located in assistance and support. Event information: Failed to open MapPoint routing construction file. See the documentation for details.

This Warning comes only with VOICES - MapPoint stand alone makes no Error or Warning. It is not bad, but it disturbs...

    here's a small graphical bug

I enter a route and follow it for a while and just after the on screen direction appears i.e a right turn. I deiced to change my route but I can still see the right turn arrow in the route creation screen.

    I hope that makes sense.

Also when VOICES is interged into media car as the GPS app, I get a graphical error when tring to remove a desintation from the route planning screen. I get a second copy of the route planning toolbar, plastered over the desintation.

@ozoffi : thanX for the info will take a look at it.
@bertybassett : The Problem is there is not way for mappoint to know if you made the turn. So I will try another workaround for that problem and check if it works
Does the UI problem occur when running VOICES as embedded app ? if yes I am working on it

@Silentadmirer - The motorway problem is driving me sick now, On the GPS it is even accurate down to the lane of the carriageway pretty much all the time. What I ask where I am it says the motorway name. However it ALWAYS refuses to route me FROM the motorway, it will go to nearest other road however far away. This does not happen with any other road!!

Is there nothing you can do as this drives me mad!

@Steve I am sorry I cannot do anything as of now. I know its frustrating and am trying a work around. Try putting 2 points on the motorway in the mappoint application and try get directions. You will directly see the problem. But now if you try move the points slightly after getting the direction and do a get direction you will get the correct direction I am trying to do that but don't know how I can.

Mediacar and VOICES do not co-operate really well. One starts VOICES from MC with the GPS-Button then comes it again and again to unexplainable crashes - both embedded, and not embedded. If one calls VOICES over APPS, it is started, disappears however behind Mediacar.
Well, therefore I use another surface: SAMURIZE -> http://www.samurize.com/modules/news/
Unfortunately thereby VirtualKeyboard has problems. One can enter nothing more in Voices - the key board starts, but the letters are not taken over.

And then I am surprised again and again that sometimes with repeated call of VOICES with the unchanged start (stationary!) and destination, the route is differently computed. I dont know - is this a bug from MapPoint, or Voices ...
