that's what I thought too, and I'm pretty sure mappoint is updated only every two years... could be wrong though.

Yeah, Autoroute is for european countries. You are right Autoroute 2005 is out...however I'm positive Mappoint 2005 isn't. Search google:

    http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&ie...int+2005&meta=

    http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&ie...ute+2005&meta=

Note if Mappoint 2005 is out it'd be on microsofts site.

skoda, you do know that MapPoint is a different (although similar) product to Autoroute/Streets and Trips...

MapPoint costs about £200 for a start, and has a programmable interface, which is what VOICES and others use to integrate the Navigation functions

Oh, skoda, could you check if the M6 TOLL near birmingham, UK is in AutoRoute 2005?

I was thinking that autoroute was the european edition and mappoint was for the us, and that the programm is the same axecpt for the name.

Her is a screen shot of Birmingham.

    Thanks!

That's a pity - it's missing a massive motorway that's been there since 2003! That's put me off buying AR 2005 to try and copy the maps over then!
