    can someone help me?

    Can someone walk me through the installation and setup of voices? I don't quite understand what to do. All I get is the virtual keyboard thing.

    I do not understand, what you do not understand ...
    Download all Files, copy this in ONE Directroy und start VOICES.EXE
    The voices.ini will be the configuration File - read the remarks ... (the ini File can edit with notepad)
    Attention: You will installed MS MapPoint to use Voices!
