The finished enclosure or while you are making it? You might want to ask this sort of thing in the fabrication forum if you mean construction techniques. I was always taught use as much wood for flat areas pieces and then use braces. Then fiberglass the pieces together. Every car is different. I'm not a fiberglass expert though.

As far as the final result, braces where ever you can put them. If you can find a way to hide them that is the best. Mine I screwed/bolted right to the metal braces in my trunk from the inside of the box (this also keeps theivies from stealing it).
