The AMD tech tour is supposed to be for computer reseller's only, though many consumers often make it in. They sell bundled computer hardware/software for discounted prices to get the resellers familiar with their products. They label the products this way to prevent the resellers from turning around and selling the products for profit instead of using and familiarizing themselves with the technology. I understand your concern and It's good that you're looking out for people, but it's not illegal software.

Your wrong.
Not only are your statements misleading, they are incorrect.

The software you have could be one of several "demo" type versions. Microsoft distributes demos in various forms. Some are given out as beta, some as limited "time bombed" editions which will expire after a set number of days, and some may be corp. Action Pack software.
Any and all of it that is marked "NFR" or "Not For Resale" may not be sold. Period.
True, the software you have may not be illegal, and I am sure it was given to you.
But, you can't legally sell it. Here or anywhere else. That violates the EULA that was agreed to by whomever originally was given the disc you have.

Your analogy of the Sam's club thing is also wrong.

If I buy a box of 24 granola bars, each one inside may be marked as "not intended for individual sale" or "not labeled for resale". This does not mean it is illegal for me to buy them, open the box and place the 24 granola bars in a vending machine to re-sell. Those statements simply mean that is not how the product was packaged to be sold.

On the other hand, the copy of XP Pro x64 you have is marked "not for resale" and as such any sale of that disc by anyone is a violation of Microsoft's Copyrights. This is per their EULA.

Here is a copy of the text from one such EULA. I am not trying to squash your sale, and I am not trying to **** you off. However, if this is a time bomb copy someone here wil be very ****ed with you when the license expires. Not to mention I would imagine that the forum admins or owners would not want to deal with MS if they came snooping around and saw your post.
