I finally got around to doing the sub-amp this weekend. It worked first time as well \o/
Basically...
1) pin 5 Sub- to ground
2) pin 6 Amp + to power antenna, amp enable or ACC
3) pin 1 Sub+ to phono centre pin
4) pin 7 to phono ground
pins 3 + 4 should already have power on them.
