The hardware requirement's in most cases will be higher than a lot of the CarPC's out there for sure. I have an old Dell Inspiron 1.2Ghz laptop I tried to install Vista on some time ago, and it refused to install, stating the system could not handle it.
And double for the "Interactive Support"
I have been an early adopter of OS's in the past, and have learned it is good to wait a little while before jumping in. I will wait till at least SP1 before I go using it as my primary OS. This is not even considering the drivers for the XMPCR, Touchscreen, RadioShark and other hardware in my car.
