Power problems with LV-677DC

I am having some issues after installing a PCI-E 16x card for dual monitor on my LV-677DC mobo. The system was working fine before this, but i suspect the power cabling being the problem. I m wondering what thickness of cable everyone else is using ? I spoke to Commell and they say that they recommend a 120W ac/dc adapter for my configuration.

So i am wondering what cable thickness would be acceptable for around 1-2 feet of wiring, right now i am using a 50mm2 (AWG 00 i think its called) from the battery to the distr.block and then i have a quite thin wire, probably 1,5mm2 from the distribution block to the pc, because the connector i am using won't support thicker wiring :-( Also the pc won't boot correctly in the house with my 60W ac/dc adapter, so i am pretty sure its due to cables, but may be someone could shed some light on what they have working ?
