I've got the MOBO, and the Carputer is lighting fast (for the purposes). The fan is LOUD (but who cares, it's in the trunk). It will NOT Standby, not even Hybernate (may have to play with it some more). But it does boot up unmodified WinXP in under 30 seconds with a 7200 RPM hdd, so it's ok. I'm using my carputer though the AUX input on my stock radio, so I can afford a few extra seconds of bootup.

I do recommend this as a great value. I have a Via CPU as my home file server and it's SLOW. I would LOVE to have one of those $300+ Core motherboards, but come on, it's like $500+ once you add the CPU, so this is the best compromise for price vs perfomance.

As far as power, it works great with the 120 watt Opus, and I do have a PCI Wifi card connected to it plus the HDD, 3 USB devices. I even connected a 8 year old CD drive to it to load windows and it still worked. CarPC application is not exactly "low power", it's more like "not too much power"
