Destinator(particularly in UK) is not particularly good. To my knowledge the number of PC based GPS packages(that work sensibly in the UK) is limited.
If $200 of the XLE license is for the Destinator maps, I'd love to buy it without them (@$200 less) and specify my own GPS system(like Directions PC Navigator 6).
I really like CF and intend to buy it but find it hard to justify such a price for a system, the largest proportion of which I will never use!!

That is the whole point of the SE and XE versions, if you don't want to use the integrated navigation...
Also with the latest engine and updated maps the European package is not bad from all my testers that have given feedback... It also includes most all of western and eastern Europe....
They are all Navteq maps mainly...
