Details about the discount will be provided soon... There is not problem on the distributor side, these users purchase in bulk and get drastically different prices... We are also still working with Destinator to get lower prices for a retail sell....
Can't answer your question about maps, use common sense... I said I will try to include the current version of Destinator and the trial that is coming with all these Beta's and test versions...
If Destinator try's to stop that I can possibly pay to ship just the SDK and no maps with SE/XE...

We eat the cost of PhoCo in the XLE version, so it's not an issue... They are just parts of the program you can use or not use...
again we are trying to get a lower retail price point for Destinator, they have been very good to use on a B2B level, but still giving us a really bad retail price, but this is where it is at now...
Unless my business partner works magic in Germany while at CeBit and meeting with Destinator this is where they will be at first, all we can do...
This is why we like SE just as much and I want to provide as many free navigation plugins on the downloads page as possible...
Someone asked about TMC Pro, yes this is why it's not done yet... I didn't want just the old TMC, so I am waiting to the TMC Pro and the older version one added, since Pro gives actually usable data...
