First off, price. The MFC is $300 for the basic serial version. $500 for the premium version. So for $39.99 you can have Fusion, or for 10 TIMES THE PRICE you can have that.

Fusion is USB controlled, while the MFC is serial controlled.
Fusion has 12 digital outs, while the MFC has 8
Fusion has 10 analogue ins, while MFC has 1 that can only be used for a tach wire
...and I can go on and on if you need more convincing, but the price tag is really all the convincing I need!
