M-Audio with ASIO volume control

Hi all,

I'm a bit new to this but I've been bangin around on these forums and I have learned alot. I love Road Runner and it's capabilities and I've tried a few other front-ends for my upcoming carputer project but after lots of time and plenty of I only have about one question that I can't seem to find an answer for.....well that I remember anyway:

How the heck can I control my Delta Control Panel (M-Audio 24/96 ASIO) volume with Road Runner? The only way the M-Audio ASIO drivers will let me use RR's volume is to send the output through Winamp's "out_wave.dll" and I want to use the ASIO plugin being the sound-quality oriented guy I am.

I've heard of some people interfacing Girder with the Delta Control Panel which does work as long as the panel's window is open, but how do I get Girder to communicate with Road Runner so I can use RR's volume control to turn up the volume on the M-Audio control panel? Or even better yet, Is there an easier way?
