Anyway, I was wondering if the info on the following pages could be of some use in making TomTom work natively on a Linux PC.

I am currently trying to get the PPC emulator/TomTom combo working from within Centrafuse, but just wondered if any of you Linux bods might know of a more elegant solution...

Although TomTom is Linux software on a Linux system, the source is not available.
As it runs on a small embedded system, it's likely to be very stripped down and heavily modified Linux Kernel.

As such, the TomTom software will probably not work on a "standard" Linux kernel.
Although theoretically you could try it, debug and patch the kernel, It's not easy to do.
