Are you kidding? Did you try Google.com or were you sending out smoke signals awaiting a response?
There's a company in Germany that sells it barebone. I'm not posting a link here... even though I think that 40gb is definitely too small for any PC released past 2004, these guys are running a business and I'm not posting links here that will contribute to taking sales away from them.
