I'm assuming this would output a fairly clean picture? But this wouldn't be an option with the Mac mini of course. It would be enough to change my mind and look for a mini PC. Opinions?

What about using Apple's DVI -> VGA from the Mac Mini and going into a "PC to TV converter"? Such as
this one. I don't know how much feedback I will get on this particular converter, I have a feeling it may be something I just purchase and try on my own. Thanks!
