OK - I think I have a bug with the Silabs. The long and short of it is that there is no sound ( I've crossed posted with this thread where a couple of others have found the same prob http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/road...usb-radio.html.

After much changing of drivers and software and playing about ( all documented on DC ) I have confirmed that its my touch screen that is preventing the unit working.

Its not a driver conflict as such so I'm guessing the DLL goes for the for HID device it finds or some thing like that and is finding the TS every time.

Its got a very fiddley TS in it where by there are problems with hibernate so for some reason this does not supprise me.

Any one whos looked at an understands how the DLL works.... any suggestions ? Is there a mod here we can do to it ?
