OPUS 120 problem

OK so Ive just read 10 pages of DC-DC problems and I cant find the answer.

When I add power to the ACC wire(red) the system powers on, fans spin, but no post. If I connect a AC ATX powersupply the PC will boot repeatly without issues. Here is the strange part, if I try to use the OPUS to power the MB I have to reset the BIOS before the PC will boot off of the ATX powersupply.

The status LED flashes once ever 10sec until I apply power to the ACC line then it is solid. The only error code I ever get is the 4 flashes that the shut-down failed ( after I remove power from the ACC line, and wait 5min) If I swap the power-on wire I can make the OPUS give me a 2 flash error code, so I know that I have that wire attached correctly.

I seems that the MB is asleep and doesnt like the wake-up signal. I have spoke with OPUS and they want me to send in the MB and PS, for testing but I was hoping that the real pros might have a faster answer.

My system is:
iGoLogic i3368G Intel Mini-ITX Embedded SBC Motherboard
Celeron 1.6M
512MB memory
NO HDD
NO USB
External monitor
OPUS 120 (3-d) (using an Radio Shack 15amp AC-DC power supply)

Help . .
