its been 6 months or so. To the best of my memory, yes, it looked like that. BUT: You should be absolutely POSITIVE which wires are which before you hook stuff up and risk frying/destroying your expensive toys
Maybe you can take it to an Ace Hardware or something and have them test it with a better volt meter.
