I have an iGoLogic i3368G. I had the same issues, well kinda I am running WinXPe. The issue I had was because the video card was switching over to the LVDS port.
Have you tryed to go into the BIOS and switching it to CRT as the primary port? This didnt help me but it's an idea. So far the fix for me was to go into safe mode and delete all my monitors and install these drivers

Also you have to install the new drivers in VGA mode ( Press F5 for the boot menu) Good luck
