Hi ATL - I have the same setup as you and the same problem. You need to switch the PSU soft jumpers into "Standby" mode not "Hiberate". Unfortunately it is impossible to get the P2140 to stay in "Hibernate" mode using the current software/firmware.
I've posted on the Carnetix forum about this problem but MikeH, who is normally pretty responsive, hasn't answered this one since I posted it sometime ago. I wonder whether it's a firmware problem?
